Complaints

In the event that a member feels that he or she has suffered discrimination or our Codes of Conduct have not been followed, please follow the complaints procedure outlined:

1. Report the matter to the Club Secretary or Welfare Officer or another member of the Committee...

The report should include:

i) Details of what, when and where the incident took place

ii) Names of witnesses and witness statements

iii) Names of any others who have been treated in a similar way

iv) Details of any former complaints made about the incident, including dates

v) A preference on how you would like the incident to be resolved

3. The Club’s Complaints Committee will act accordingly. This includes the power to...

i) Warn as to future conduct

ii) Suspend membership

iii) Remove membership

of any person found to have broken the Club’s Codes of Conduct.
